FAQ

What if my child misses a class? Once you have booked your child into a class no one else can take that place therefore we can not offer any money back or additional teaching for missed classes.

What is the ratio of staff to children? Here at Dreams we want to get the best we possibly can from the children therefore we try to keep our classes small and friendly and do not go above 20 in a class.

Are the teachers C.R.B checked? Yes all our teachers are professionals with C.R.B certificates. We will make every effort to always have present one of our principals but in the event that this is not possible we will introduce a teacher weeks before so as the children can get to know them and feel comfortable.

What will my child be doing every week? Each week your child will have an inspirational class which I am sure they will tell you all about. There will always be a dance and singing class followed by a varied acting class. Each week the children will learn new skills which overtime will create confident, articulate, imaginative individuals.

My child has no experience/ has lots of experience in the performing arts. Will they find the classes at Dreams too hard/ easy?We recognize that all the children who attend Dreams will be at different levels of experience and confidence with their performing arts skills. We will endeavor to help every child reach their maximum potential and vary the classes accordingly. There will always be two teachers present in class to help those that are struggling and to challenge those that have picked it up slightly quicker.

If these questions and answers have not helped you then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will answer your queries as quickly as possible.
