Kate Barker
Kate Barker - Principal
Kate moved to the Bedfordshire area when studying at Hertfordshire Theatre School completing a three year acting and Musical Theatre Diploma, which culminated in a show case performance in London's West end where Kate gained the ‘critics choice' in ‘The Stage' newspaper.

Since graduating Kate has worked extensively in theatre productions including work for ‘The Barking Dog' Theatre company, ‘The Centurian theatre company, ‘The Market Theatre' company and ‘The Attic' theatre company.

During her acting career Kate has continued to teach all aspects of stage craft and dancing. She has been extensively involved with the setting up of ‘Angels Theatre School' based in Surrey where she has run holiday courses, tutored for the highly acclaimed LAMDA exams and choreographed and directed for many shows. The children she has taught have gone on to find success in west end shows and worked for T.V.

Kate is extremely excited to run her own school and pass on all her experience and knowledge in the arts.
 
Catherine Stacey
Catherine Stacey - Principal
Catherine was born and bred in Bedfordshire, going to local schools and graduating in 2003 from Hertfordshire Theatre School with a first class diploma in Acting and Musical Theatre.

Since graduating she has performed in numerous productions for the Market Theatre. Her credits include ‘ The Shadow' a one woman show, ‘the new me', ‘Jock the ripper' and a regional tour of the victorian melodrama ‘marry me or be evicted'.

Catherine has also toured schools for Impact Ltd and played Dick Whittington for ‘The Attic Theatre'. Catherine has been teaching in the local area for five years taking lessons in the performing arts for ages four to sixteen.

Catherine enjoys very much teaching in her own school.
 
Kelly Bibb
Kelly Bibb - Teacher

Kelly trained at HTS (Hertfordshire Theatre School) and graduated in July 2003.

Kelly is a versatile, dynamic and dedicated actress with a strong singing range and dance skills. She has experience in various aspects of performing; including weekly rep, open air theatre and panto. Although small in stature, she is a strong, natural performer with good stage presence, comic timing and bundles of energy.

Her theatre credits include; sketches for The Comedy Project @ the Soho Theatre, London; regular actress for upcoming comedy duo Doggett and Ephgrave (both theatre and screen), regular productions for the Market Theatre Company (favourite roles - Edith Summers in The Maid and Jenny Softy/Ronnie Rake in the live outdoor soap opera ‘Weekenders’) and three seasons of weekly rep for Charles Vance (favourite roles include Peggy Evans in Neil Simon's Come Blow Your Horn, Sybil Merton in Lord Arthur Savile's Crime, the title role in Jane Eyre and Sybil Chase Private Lives).

She has appeared in pantomime for the last four years as Jilly in Jack and the Beanstalk (Proper Pantomime Company), Wendy Darling in Peter Pan (Extravaganza Productions at The Palace Theatre, Newark and Middlesbrough Theatre and for CV Productions at The Lyceum Theatre, Crewe) and the Wicked Witch in Beauty and the Big Beastie for the Market Theatre Company, Hitchin.

Film credits include the title role in the short film Charlotte Love for Middlesex University, Emily Turner in Lady In Waiting for GOT Productions, an internet viral for Channel 4/Maverick Media in collaboration with Cancer Research and a featured artist in the Focus Feature film Miss Pettigrew Lives For A Day.

As a teacher. Kelly has taught for various theatre schools - Academy of Performing Arts, Top Hat, Stagecoach and she is also the Co-Director of the North Herts all Girls Choir.

Kelly is very excited to be a part of the teaching staff at Dreams.
